• You must upload your Food License and must comply with all board of health regulations.

• You must upload your proof of Liability Insurance. It is recommended that your insurance cover $1,000,000 per occurrence. It should also be added to indemnify Souderton Art Jam, Souderton Connects and the Borough of Souderton as additional insured.

• Specific information regarding setup/parking will be sent via email the week leading up to the show.

• Set up begins at 7:30am and must be completed by 9:30am.

• Service must be provided until 5:00pm.

* Art Jam is a rain or shine event and all payments are non-refundable.

* Electricity is not available.
