Application for Artists & Makers

This application is for artists and makers who would like to participate in the juried exhibition of Art Jam and be eligible for awards presented by our judges. The juried art show portion of Art Jam is for fine art and fine crafts. Works must be original and created by you. Any entries found to not meet such standards will not be accepted. Any Juried vendor who does attempt to display such items will be asked to leave and their entry fee will be forfeited.
Provided for you
10-foot x 10-foot clear space.
Event marketing and promotion through Souderton Connects social media and email.
A great crowd!
Vendor must provide
An art or craft (tangible goods) created by you.
Your own professional and eye-pleasing display, including everything you need to set up. ei:tent (max. 10' x 10'), tables, wall panels, product displays, etc.
Rules & Requirements
Specific information regarding setup and parking will be sent via email the week leading up to the show.
Set up begins at 7:30am and must be completed by 9:30am.
Displays must not block walkways.
Tables must be covered to the ground with all packing materials hidden out of sight.
All display materials must fit within your designated 10-foot x 10-foot space.
Displays may not be dismantled before 5:00pm.
* Art Jam is a rain or shine event and all payments are non-refundable.
* Electricity is not available.

    Application for Marketplace Vendor

    Want to be part of Art Jam but not part of the juried art show? Then the Marketplace is right for you! In the Marketplace, we welcome locally-grown and locally-made food and non-alcoholic beverage vendors, and crafters/makers/artisans as well.
    Provided for you

      Application for Food Vendor

      Event marketing and promotion through Souderton Connects social media and email.

      Vendor must provide
      Food for sale for consumption at Art Jam.
      Rules & Requirements
      You must upload your Food License and must comply with all board of health regulations.
      You must upload your proof of Liability Insurance. It is recommended that your insurance cover $1,000,000 per occurrence. It should also be added to indemnify Souderton Art Jam, Souderton Connects and the Borough of Souderton as additional insured.

        Application for Alcohol Vendor

        Event marketing and promotion through Souderton Connects social media & email.

        Vendor must provide
        Alcohol for sale for consumption at Art Jam and sealed containers to take home.
        Your own professional and eye-pleasing display, including everything you need to set up. ei:tent (max. 10' x 10'), tables, wall panels, product displays, etc.
        Rules & Requirements
        You must upload your LCB License, valid for the event date.
        You must upload your your proof of Liability Insurance. It is recommended that your insurance cover $1,000,000 per occurrence. It should be added to indemnify Souderton Art Jam, Souderton Connects and the Borough of Souderton as additional insured.
        Alcohol vendors are responsible for checking the identifications of those you serve.
        Specific information regarding setup and parking will be sent via email the week leading up to the show.

        Service must  continue until 5:00pm.
